Cucielo is produced using exclusively naturally sourced botanicals and aromas. The liquid is produced in Italy and is based on high quality molasses. The Italian wines used in both the Rosso and Bianco are similar in character and they use carefully selected, top quality Trebbiano di Abruzzo together with Grillo and Ansonica, from Sicily.
Cucielo is bottled at 16.8% to allow for that broad Vermouth character to shine through. It can be enjoyed in both Classic and Aperitivo Cocktails as well as having a strong enough character to be enjoyed over ice.
Most, and to a large degree, all components used in the production and promotion of Cucielo, are obtained from renewable and 100% recyclable sources.
