At Spivi we challenge the old ways of the industry, which we believe create unnecessary administrative bottlenecks which delay progress. Our business model is set to minimise outdated ways of working to allow us to allocate our time and energy on nourishing and growing our brands. Our team is small and efficient. We streamline our administration by centralising all our market logistics and finance in Denmark, leaving us time to focus on growth and value creation in each individual market. This strategy has served us well so far, and we have become the category leader for shots in Scandinavia since 2019.

Distribution
Accessibility is key and we are active in all sales channels and cover the full Nordic region. On-trade, Off-trade, Duty Free Travel Retail, and border trade. We also sell to consumers directly through our partner REKOM – the biggest nightlife operator in the region.
Advocacy
With the continuous stream of consumer fair roadshows, trade educations, training sessions with shop managers and social media engagement, we have one of the biggest followings in the region. We optimise every possible scenario to ensure that those who come in contact with our brands experience an emotional connection with them.
Rotation
Creating rotation when distribution and advocacy is one of our strengths. Brand activations in key outlets, on-going sales campaigns, and competitions, as well as keeping an ear to the ground in the industry – this is where we really shine.

We pride ourselves in our vast distribution network and on our ability to track the consumer throughout the entire region. We seek out strategic opportunities and locations to educate and tell stories about our brands and we make sure that we activate at all distribution points. This strategy has proven fruitful.
